I have stayed in Central Palace on two trips to Madrid and will do so again when I return. I love the location, the lovely rooms, and the exceptional staff. On my next trip I will be sure to request a room facing the palace with a balcony. I most liked that lovely room style, which I had on my first visit. This is such a perfect location, convenient to everywhere and allows for walking throughout the city.

Me atendieron muy bien las empleadas de recepción, Alina y otra señorita que me recibió y ne atendió cuando tuve problemas con las cortinas. Al no poder bajar las persianas, corrí lss cortinas de tela y se me cayeron encima, estaban sucias, el palo me golpeó y al otro día las lavaron y me compensaron con un desayuno, pero la limpieza de la habitación en general no era buena. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y regresaría a otra habitación, ya que la mia era single, en un ático con baño por escalera, muy barato, pero súper incómodo

Hotel Central Palace offers wonderful stays! I visited Madrid two times over a three week period and stayed each time at the Central Palace. The location, views, comfort, and staff are extraordinary. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again when visiting Madrid. The staff is so friendly and helpful, it is rare to find that. The view is breathing. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Hotel muy bien situado, en una zona muy tranquila, por poner una pega el precio por una habitación interior, un poco alto Tampoco me gustó el grifo del baño que no era el adecuado para ese lavabo ya que se salía el agua fuera del sanitario y además estaba flojo y se movía.

Hotel en muy buena situación. Cerca de todo. Justo enfrente del palacio Real. No hay ruidos así que se descansa bien. El edificio está bien, hay ascensor así que se puede subir maletas sin problemas. El personal es muy amable, subieron la maleta a la habitación y explicaron todo lo que la habitación tenía. Había agua de cortesía y hervidor de agua con café, que siempre se agradece poder preparar un té o algo en la habitación. También tiene un mini frigorífico que es un plus para poder tener alguna cosa que necesite frío. Había una botellita de vino también de cortesía, otro plus a añadir a la estancia. Cama cómoda. No se pasa frío aunque vayas en invierno. Se puede entrar y salir a cualquier hora, ya que dan llaves del portal, aunque ellos siempre están. Sin duda lo elegiremos en futuras estancias en Madrid.

Brilliant location, right opposite the royal palace. The hotel was spotless. The decor was simple but tasteful. My room was discounted so I was ok with no nice view. Free water/fizzy wine. Staff were all lovely and very helpful and accommodating. Very quiet until someone used the bathroom next door at 6am and then it was suddenly very noisy. So the room is great if you can sleep through anything.

Fantastic room and staff in a great, quiet part of Madrid! The room had its quirks, such as a squeaky wooden floors and the the elevator was available only after clearing an entrance threshold and 5 steps, but that's pretty common in Europe. I would love to stay here again as a base for exploring Madrid.

From USA , I can’t find the country for some reason from the form. I love my stay there. Central location. The staff including Jose, the other gentleman (didn’t get his name) and Ellie (who gave us a lot of info for the city) were all very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and kept well. We love everything about the room maybe just the AC is making us having a bit of congestion yet the air was not as cold as expected. We could come back to stay there again.

A wonderful experience. The room was clean and the view onto the palace grounds was magnificent. Access to local interests and restaurants made this an excellent place to stay. Specific thanks to Amelia for all her extra help and support.
